Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for use
Dissolve slowly in the mouth.
The intake should be repeated several times a day.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet every 2 or 3 hours up to a maximum of 6 tablets a day, while the sore throat lasts, and for at least two days after the pain has resolved.
