It is a food supplement based on pure evening primrose oil of first cold pressure and vitamin E that stands out for its purity due to its high GLA content. It is useful to reduce the discomfort that occurs in the days prior to menstruation. Many women feel discomfort in the days before menstruation, such as the sensation of fluid retention, bloating and frequent mood swings. Under these circumstances, some naturally occurring compounds, such as evening primrose oil, may be of interest. Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and (GLA) play an important role in regulating a wide variety of cellular functions and different bodily processes. GLA is also an essential element for the structure of the skin and helps keep it smooth. A teaspoon of coffee (2.8 ml) a day for a minimum of 12 weeks is recommended to achieve adequate levels of essential fatty acids. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in refrigerator and use within 3 months.
