To help you fall asleep: Take 1 tablet a day 1 or 2 hours before bedtime. It is recommended to take the tablet at the same time every day.
To help relieve jet lag: On the first day of travel, take 1 tablet at night, before bedtime. Repeat the dose for several nights.
