Directions for Use:


1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Take 4 drops (equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin) directly into the mouth or diluted in a small amount of water or juice.
3. For children, the dosage can be adjusted according to their age and weight. Consult with a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations. 4. Consume the drops 30 minutes before bedtime.
