Directions for Use: 1. Place 2 or 3 tablets in your mouth and allow them to dissolve completely. 2. Alternatively, chew the tablets and swallow as they dissolve. 3. If preferred, dissolve the tablets in a small amount of water, fruit juice, milk, or other beverage before consuming.
