Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bottle and nipple. 2. Disassemble the bottle and nipple. 3. Wash all parts thoroughly in warm, soapy water. 4. Rinse all parts with clean water. 5. Sterilize all parts using a Medela sterilizer or by boiling in water for 5 minutes. 6. Allow parts to cool completely before handling. 7. Fill the bottle with expressed breast milk. 8. Securely attach the nipple to the bottle. 9. Check the nipple flow by inverting the bottle – milk should drip slowly and steadily for medium flow. 10. Feed your baby. 11. After feeding, clean and sterilize all parts again.
