How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Sterilize the menstrual cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes or using the provided sterilizing box. 3. Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day. Sterilize the cup before and after each cycle.
