Directions for Use: 1. Apply Bioderma Photoderm Nude Clair evenly and liberally to the face and neck before sun exposure.
2. Ensure complete coverage of all exposed areas. 3. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring, or toweling.
Recommended Frequency: Apply at least every two hours during prolonged sun exposure, and immediately after swimming or excessive sweating. Apply generously to ensure adequate protection.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal protection, apply Bioderma Photoderm Nude Clair 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (10am - 4pm). 3. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, in addition to sunscreen. 4. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. 5. Reducing the quantity of sunscreen applied will significantly lower the level of protection.
6. Even when using sunscreen, avoid prolonged sun exposure. 7. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
