How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the nipples. 2. Ensure the Medela nipple is clean and sterilized before first use and after each subsequent use. Sterilization can be achieved by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or a Medela microwave sterilization bag. 3. Attach the nipple to the compatible Medela bottle by pulling the base of the nipple over the bottle opening until securely in place. 4. Fill the bottle with expressed breast milk or formula. 5. Check the flow rate before feeding by inverting the bottle. A few drops should drip out steadily. If the flow seems too fast or too slow, consider a different flow rate nipple. 6. Once feeding is complete, detach the nipple from the bottle and clean thoroughly.
Recommended Frequency: Replace nipples every 2-3 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear such as cracks, thinning, or stickiness. Inspect nipples before each use and discard immediately if damaged.

Do not enlarge the nipple hole as this could cause choking.
