Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bottles or breast milk. 2. Inspect the bottles and teats for any damage or defects before each use. 3. Assemble the bottle components according to the Medela instructions. 4. Express or pump breast milk into the clean and assembled Medela bottles. 5. Seal the bottles tightly with the provided lids. 6. Label each bottle with the date and time of expression. 7. Store filled bottles in the refrigerator or freezer according to recommended breast milk storage guidelines. 8. To thaw frozen breast milk, place the bottle in the refrigerator or hold it under cool running water. 9. Never thaw or warm breast milk in a microwave oven. 10. Once thawed, gently swirl the bottle to mix the separated layers of milk. 11. Attach a Medela teat to the bottle for feeding. 12. Warm the bottle to feeding temperature if desired, using a bottle warmer or warm water bath. 13. Test the temperature of the milk on your wrist before feeding to your baby. 14.
