Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. How to Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold: Pinch the rim of the Ziggy Cup and fold it in half lengthwise, creating a "C" shape.
3. Insert: Hold the folded cup and gently insert it into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. Push it back further than a tampon, until you feel it sit comfortably just below your cervix.
