How to Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold: Pinch the rim of the Ziggy Cup and fold it in half lengthwise, creating a "C" shape.
3. Insert: Hold the folded cup and gently insert it into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. Push it back further than a tampon, until you feel it sit comfortably just below your cervix.
4. Rotate: Once inserted, rotate the cup 360 degrees to ensure it fully opens and creates a seal against the vaginal walls. You should not be able to feel the cup once it's correctly positioned.
5. Removal: To remove, wash your hands thoroughly. Hook your finger under the front rim of the cup and gently pull it downwards and forwards.
