Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. How to Use: 1. Wash your hands and the Laselle Exerciser with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced soap. 2. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the exerciser. 3. Insert the exerciser into your vagina, similar to inserting a tampon, until you feel it comfortably positioned. 4. Contract your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop the flow of urine. You should feel the exerciser move upwards. 5. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then relax. 6. Repeat the exercise several times. 7. After use, remove the exerciser by pulling on the retrieval string. Wash thoroughly and allow to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Laselle Exerciser for 5 minutes twice a day. You can gradually increase the duration and frequency as your pelvic floor muscles strengthen. Consistency is key for optimal results.
Additional Tips: Start with the lightest weight (28g) if you are a beginner or have a weaker pelvic floor. Progress to heavier weights as you feel your muscles getting stronger.
