Continue with your daily activities. The Laselle will naturally encourage your pelvic floor muscles to contract throughout the day. 8. Remove the Laselle by gently pulling on the string. 9. Clean the Laselle with warm water and a mild, unscented soap. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.
